The 12,347 acre property with 13km of Murrumbidgee river frontage has been sold to a Sydney based investor and will compliment the buyers existing operations in eastern Australia. The Station features a traditional homestead rich in Australian pioneering history, quality structural improvements and a favourable mix of land and soil types conducive to favourable returns in both grazing and farming pursuits.
The sale was successfully negotiated by Chris Davidson CBRE Sydney and Geoff Palmer from Ray White Rural Wagga Wagga. Whilst under a disclosure agreement, Geoff could not comment on the sale price, however the property was listed for $15.5m.
