Ray White Expands into Junee

By Lucas Myers

EXPERIENCED real estate professionals Lucas Myers and Cassie Sheahan have expanded their business and will rebrand the PRDnationwide agency in Junee from Rob & Jen Barrett who will retire after 25 years of outstanding service to the Junee community.

Lucas said the expansion ambition was always a goal from when they opened their Ray White office in Wagga Wagga in 2011. “With Wagga, Junee and Coolamon all within a 30 minute triangle, it’s always been our long term plan to have offices in all three locations. We opened our Coolamon Agency earlier this year and the response has been fantastic”

Ray White NSW CEO Stephen Nell said it was a natural progression for the tight-knit team to expand their business.

“Lucas and Cassie have made an outstanding contribution to both Ray White and their local community. Their drive combined with their leadership, forms the ideal foundation for a successful business,” Mr Nell said.

“We look forward to supporting the team as they embark on their journey of expansion” he said.

With a team full of local area experts, Cassie is excited to be able to offer their customers more exposure and greater coverage as the only multi-branch Agency in the region.

“Housing prices are steady in our area but securing listings is competitive. So being able to utilise our other locations and reach a wider audience, at both a residential and rural level, is going to be extremely beneficial for both vendors and buyers,” Cassie said.

With a strong focus on the customer, the Ray White team have built a reputation for maintaining exceptionally high standards of customer service.

“We’ve always instilled the importance of the customer’s experience in our team. Communication, honesty and delivering on our promises has always been our aim, Lucas said.

The Ray White Junee agency will operate from the same premises at 83 Lorne Street, Junee and all of the existing local team will stay.

Retiring Principal Rob Barrett is positive about the change, “Jenny and I are pleased to be able to pass our agency on to Lucas and Cassie who share a similar attitude and approach to business as us. We would like to thank all of the many friends, clients and the people of the Junee Shire who supported us over the years and hope you continue to support the business into the future” he said.
